So in my class we were talking about the cultures that Mormons have. What is it like where you live? What kind of traditions are distinct to NY Mormons opposed to SLC Mormons to OC Mormons? Do they have potlucks, or do the deacons pass out microphones during testimony meeting, or are there just wierd things that only SLC Mormons do? Just wondering and polling. Let me know.

Hey Jana. I found your blog through Paiger and I am excited about it!! We just started a blog as well http://meganmullins.blogspot.com/
It will be fun to catch up with you. We have only been to our new ward in Michigan for a few weeks so I have not picked up on anything weird yet, but will let you know.

Man it's good to know you're still alive. It's been literally years since we've spoken, and that's just not right. I currently reside in San Francisco with my little family, so make sure you stop by when you're in the area. Also, shoot me an email, check our blog--do something to let me know how you're doing!

Apparently there is a ward in Utah who instructed their Priests to tear the sacrament into extra big pieces so that those in the congregation would have to "chew a long time and this might help them think more about the sacrament." I'm pushing for the same thing in our ward especially on fast Sunday. It is fun catching up with you on your blog since you were impossible to "catch" during those few times I was in Provo this summer. I miss my Jana time! Sure love you, Aunt Jan
